What's your raiding experience (WotLK, TBC, and/or Vanilla) Bc i did up to bt on my hunter and WOTLK i been up to general 25

Who do you know in <Resident Noobs>? What do you think of the people you know? Be honest. im new to the server but i talked to a raid leader about the guild he was a cool guy

What are you looking for in a guild? Do you expect server firsts? Do you expect all hard mode achievements? Do you think it's the guild's responsibility to get you special drakes for being awesome? im just looking for a good guild and do 25s with ND MAKE SOME good freinds i dont care if we wipe as long as he have fun

Resident Noobs generally focuses on one or two dedicated raid nights a week. That's not as many as other guilds, but we expect people to come prepared and focused to make the most of the shorter time window. What's your availability? How often can you raid? How often would you like to raid? i can raid anytime you need me =) i like to raid

What do you think of loot distribution by loot council rather than DKP/EPGP/roll? i think loot council is fair to every one in the raid to get gear and to get more stuff done in raids =)

Some players' performance varies significantly night to night, as they drink, smoke, or deal with spouses and children. Do you generally play under the influence of alcohol or drugs? Are you subject to frequent interruption from friends or family? no i smoke befor raids but not during i stay focus my family plays wow so they know not to interup during raids

Some of our members are obsessive math nerds who analyze log parses like it's going out of style. How do you analyze your performance? How do you compare to other players of your class with similar gear? i look at people gear and tanking skill and if i fell they are beter then me i ask them what there rotation is spec just to improve my self to benfit the guild
